Tratos UK Ltd is a United Kingdom electrical cable manufacturer with its head office and main sales office in London and its manufacturing and technical facilities at two sites in Knowsley, Merseyside. At the company’s production site its manufacturing and technical facilities has been extended bringing an additional 150,000 sq. ft. of new industrial and office space into use. Their equipment includes four extrusion lines and multiple laying machines for equipment and building wire, flexible cables, rail and infrastructure and amongst many other types up to 100 pairs of instrumentation type cables. They also have numerous test facilities including a large Faraday cage  for high voltage power cables.

The Gherkin "30 st Marys Axe" is London’s most instantly recognisable tower. Totalling 500,000 sq ft, The Gherkin is an iconic structure housing a flourishing community and deserves its reputation for being ‘the most civilised skyscraper in the world’.

Bloomberg Place occupies 3.2 acres and comprises two buildings, connected by glazed bridges across a retail arcade that bisects the site, reinstating an historic route that once connected Cannon Street with Watling Street. At ten-storeys, with a two-storey colonnaded base, six office floors and two levels set back above the cornice line at the very top, the buildings’ height complements neighbouring structures and protects views of St Paul’s Cathedral.System Application: Bloomberg Place was supplied with an armoured modular wiring system to feed lighting control modules c/w integral data, an armoured power system for fan coil units together with high level spurs for world clocks etc. All luminaire leads were also supplied comprising 5-core armoured leads free-issued to the luminaire manufacturers.
